Good health

Health is wealth. That statement cannot be over- emphasized.

To be healthy, you need to do the following.

  • Eat healthy. Don’t skip your meals and don’t eat excessively. You can start by eating fruit like cucumber and the likes in the morning, balanced (good) food or fruit in the afternoon, and then perhaps light food or fruit for dinner. Don’t eat late and don’t sleep immediately after eating. And also reduce your salt intake, because much salt can lead to high blood pressure and other health complications.
  • Drink clean water. Have at least six-eight glasses of clean, drinking water per day. It helps clean your kidneys and keeps you energized. Avoid all harmful drinks like alcoholic drinks, etc. avoid taking too much coffee and soft drinks like coke, because it has caffeine. Instead of taking the above mentioned drinks, take more of clean drinkable water.
  • Another key to healthy living is good exercise. Exercise your body, at least four-five times daily. If you don’t have that much time, at least very early in the morning, always jog. And also before you sleep, exercise your body a little.
  • Have a good rest. No matter how busy you are, your health matters a lot. Even if you can’t get your eight hours of sleep, try and get at least six or seven hours of sleep. That way, your brain will be relaxed, and then you’re good to go for another day.
