Donuts are absolutely delicious. While many of us try to avoid donuts on a regular basis because of their ability to fatten us up, we can’t resist the occasional donut. I mean, they are so sugary and sweet!
But why go to the store every time you want a donut? Satisfying your donut craving by driving to the nearest Dunkin’ Donuts or donut shop is not nearly as awesome as making your own donuts at home. While it might sound difficult and complicated, making donuts is actually really easy.
Using just two ingredients, you can serve piping-hop donuts to your family and friends in minutes.
You will need a tube of buttermilk biscuits and vegetable oil.
First, open your biscuit tube and mold it into a round shape – the shape of a donut. Cut out the middle. Use an empty pill container for this, but you can use whatever you think is easiest.
Next, heat up a frying pan on medium heat and add your vegetable oil. When the oil is hot, place your donuts onto the pan.
Fry each side for a few minutes until it’s golden brown. Then flip to the other side.
After your donuts are fried, dip them in your favorite topping.
